Description
Forest bathing, also known as Shirin-yoku, is the practice of immersing yourself in nature by slowly noticing the work around you. Total distance is about 1 mile with stops along the way. This program takes place on paved paths. Participants are welcome to bring a small seat to carry if they choose. This program is led by Shelli Smith, a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and Master Naturalist.
