Brandywine Baroque’s Harpsichord Heaven returns April 24–26 at the Barn at Flintwoods in Wilmington, featuring a weekend of intimate performances on historic instruments, including Karen Flint (Fri 7:30 pm), Dongsok Shin (Fri 8:30 pm), Dylan Sauerwald (Sat 1pm), Gwendolyn Toth (Sat 2:30 pm), Janine Johnson (Sat 4pm), Arthur Haas (Sat 7:30 pm), plus a Sunday lecture at 1:30 pm and a grand finale at 3:00 pm.

📍 Winterthur Museum, Garden & Library, 5105 Kennett Pike, Wilmington

This is no ordinary game of SCRABBLE™! Teams consisting of up to 6 players receive the same set of SCRABBLE™ tiles. Teammates work collaboratively to build the highest scoring board for each of three rounds.

You can purchase tiles to complete those high scoring words and/or peek in the dictionary to verify word spelling. The top three highest scoring teams (cumulatively) will be recognized. There will also be themed raffle baskets to win.

Tickets to SCRABBLE™ Along the Brandywine are $50 per person. Entry fee includes heavy hors d’oeuvres, beer, and wine. All proceeds will be used to support Literacy Delaware's adult literacy learners.

This annual celebration, often called the ”biggest night in local music,” honors the year’s best original music and artists from across the Delaware Valley.

Presented by Delaware Public Media WDDE 91.1 FM, and hosted by Mark Rogers of the Hometown Heroes radio program, the evening will feature live performances from this year’s Song of the Year nominees with special guests John Faye and La Casa De. It’s a red carpet night of local talent and community.
