Local rapper/MC Zeeky El is returning to the Crown, at the Queen. This time, the objective has changed; get a sneak peek into the world of his highly anticipated “The Spook Who Sat by the Door (Sam Greenlee)” inspired Hip-Hop project, entitled “The Codices.” Enjoy the grittiness of Neo-Boombap sounds with revolutionary messaging. Featuring guest appearances by fellow local artists, Richard Raw, B-Wellz, and KELZtango; with an opening by REZurrect. Zeeky hopes to deliver a unique, raw Hip-Hop experience with themes of espionage, and sophisticated militancy.
