Description
Support the community by participating in a service project on MLK Day. Volunteer opportunities will be provided at the Museum and offsite with partners throughout the city.
Proof of vaccination required for all indoor activities taking place at the Museum. Follow the link to view their current COVID-19 policies.

Westside Grows
Outdoor community clean-up along the United Way Bridge (Adams Street). After, march and celebration will be postponed till later date. Register

The Day’s Itinerary
9:30 am โ 10:30 am: Outdoor kick off celebration at the Museum. Performances by Jea Street, Jr. and Wilmington Childrens’ Chorus. Remarks by State Senator Elizabeth Lockman and State Representative Sherry Dorsey.
10:30 am: Depart to Volunteer Sites

11 am – 1 pm: Volunteer Activities at Westside Grows, Teen Warehouse , or One Village Alliance.
