Description
The word “horizon” suggests many things.
The expansiveness of a horizon could suggest freedom, openness, expanding possibilities.
Or it could suggest barrenness and sterility, a frightening void, the unforeseeable.
Maybe the beauty of a horizon resides in the combination of all these things, all the ambiguity at the junction of the known and the unknown.
In this show, the ceramic constructions of Rich Lopez, and the oil paintings of Richard Remenick explore the many facets of horizons.
