Join Cromwell’s for their January wine dinner featuring carne asada (marinated meat) huaraches (masa cake) paired with an Argentinian chardonnay, ensalada de sabores (essentially a garden salad) with avocado ranch dressing paired with a Côtes-du-Rhône rosé, huachinango a la veracruzana (Veracruz-style, pan-seared red snapper) paired with an Argentinian cabernet franc, and churros with vanilla ice cream, paired with an Italian prosecco rosé.
