Jennifer T. Golan is an artist living in Baltimore City who paints abstract images using bright and bold colors. Her solo exhibit was at City Arts Gallery during January 2022.
Jennifer intuitively uses color to heal, uplift, and inspire people. She began painting to alleviate stress, bringing more peace and wellbeing into her life, as the world was shifting.
Jennifer’s technique involves using a variety of brushes, palette knives, and tools to shape and mold the paint, finding the hidden beauty underneath multiple layers, and revealing unexpected treasures of colors bleeding into each other. Jennifer is interested in how each color has a specific healing frequency, promoting relaxation, inner peace or movement.
