Halloween-themed 5k walk/run to benefit Community Collaboration of Delaware (CCD) will be held Fri., Oct. 22 at St. Peter the Apostle School in New Castle. Prizes for best costumes will be awarded in each age group. Proceeds benefit two CCD programs: Community Advocacy, Recovery Empowerment (CARE) and Healthy Options for Prevention Education (HOPE).
