Wanting to create an inviting and dynamic shop, owner and tattoo artist, Tina Marabito opened Poppycock Tattoo in Downtown Wilmington, Delaware in December of 2009. The shop, known as a vivacious part of the downtown neighborhood, hosts local group art shows in it’s lobby’s art gallery, sponsors local events, attends tattoo conventions and annually throws a large community shindig called the Wilmo a Go-Go Car Show in May. Poppycock Tattoo won the Best of Delaware Upstate Tattoo Shop in 2018 and 2019, Faces of Delaware; Face of Tattooing 2020, Plus Big 7 Travel “Best 50 Tattoo Parlours in America”.
Poppycock Tattoo specializes in custom high quality tattoos, cover-up work and body piercing. Come with an idea in hand or head – Tina or Eric will draw your tattoo design to your specifications. Appointments or walk-ins are welcome for both tattoos or piercings, but calling or emailing beforehand is suggested to check availability for the day.
