The People’s Festival is an annual celebration of music and arts in Wilmington, Delaware held to preserve and honor the legacy of Bob Marley. Known for it’s family friendly environment, the festival is held along the Christina River at The Tubman Garrett Park. Wilmington, Delaware was where Bob first called home in the United States.
