Hartmann & Fehrenbach Brew House & Beer Garden pays tribute to Wilmington’s rich brewing heritage while putting a modern spin on the traditional neighborhood beer garden. Named for the historic Hartmann & Fehrenbach Brewing Company, which began brewing in Wilmington in the 1860s, the restaurant draws inspiration from the city’s once-thriving beer culture.
Located on the CRISP Campus, H&F features an open-air garden with communal seating, string lights and a central hearth. The menu combines Bavarian influences with familiar pub favorites, including a giant pretzel with smoked beer cheese, IPA-brined wings, bratwurst, burgers, sandwiches and shareables. The bar offers draft beer, build-your-own flights, cocktails, wine and nonalcoholic options, creating a casual gathering place rooted in Wilmington history.
