Cityfest, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation that complements the City of Wilmington’s financial and staffing contributions to arts and cultural programs. The Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs and other city departments, along with volunteer community input and assistance, provides project staff. Cityfest, Inc. and the City of Wilmington, through the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, are committed to providing leadership in integrating arts and culture into the socioeconomic life of the community.
