In partnership with the Wilmington Brew Works, Rockwood and its friend’s group, the Rockwood Park Preservation Society (RPPS), will host a monthly happy hour gathering for lovers of dogs, beers and live music. Dogs have always been present in Rockwood and have made some of the estate’s most memorable inhabitants. The whole park is open and the events will include scavenger hunts for kids and families, descriptions of Rockwood’s “best friends” as well as hand-made dog toy workshops. Cash bar-bring a snack! All sales support Rockwood’s ongoing preservation efforts.
