Description
Relax aboard our train as we take you on round-trip ride along the entire length of our line to the village of Hockessin (a 17-mile round-trip). You’ll enjoy a 45-minute layover in downtown Hockessin to browse the local shops or grab a bite to eat.
Along the way, our train will closely follow the Red Clay Creek and travel through several large rock cuts (tunnels without a roof)! We’ll take you through the backyards of several neighborhoods along our tracks, and up the steepest grade on the railroad as you enter downtown Hockessin. Learn more about what you’ll see along the way and the history of the route you’ll travel.
