This week, The Chancery welcomes Miss Nay & Mr. Maas. Sharon and Cris Pastore are the acoustic duo, Miss Nay & Mr. Maas, and have been writing and performing music together for over 15 years. Both an original and cover band, they offer funky, soulful acoustic versions of classic rock, R & B, and pop to create a fun-loving flavor that’s perfect for a happy hour or dinner hour, Sunday brunch, or private house concert.
Their original music has an edgy pop-rock sound with infectious hooks and lyrical depth, infused with R & B soul and funk grooves. Their sound falls into the alternative indie genre, influenced by Alanis Morrisette, Kelly Clarkson, and Indigo Girls, interwoven with crunchy rhythms reminiscent of the 90’s grunge scene
