Tuesday morning Flow Yoga with instructor Maryann Quinn will head back outdoors in April! Come for an hour of fun and relaxation and learn the art of Flow. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Ages 16-Adults.
1-hour practice, $10, $6 NCC residents, $2 Art-Reach members.
