Description
Weekday evening yoga practice that emphasizes conscious breathing techniques and gentle movement. During the winter months, Yoga Meditation with instructor Mia Muratori will take place inside the museum. Find space in your day for a healthy presence of mind. Bring a mat, towel, water and blocks if you use them. Ages 16-Adults.
