Join us for the 38th annual Summer Concert Series at the Bellevue Bandshell. Enjoy fanastic music from local artists and spend a beautiful evening in the park! Pack a picnic or get food from one of our locally owned food trucks. On Sunday’s the Friends of Bellevue will be running their 50/50 raffle.
The 287th Army Band is the band of the Delaware Army National Guard. Formed in 1921, they served in the Pacific Theater in WWII and abroad, most recently, in Germany. The 287th offer various musical performance teams, to bring many varieties of music to their citizens. These include classical music with their woodwind quintet ensemble, as well as popular music, in addition to smooth jazz and a NOLA-style brass band. There is something for everyone. The 287th Army Band’s ceremonial and concert band offers such variety as well-known marches and Americana music, as well as popular tunes and some fun for everyone.
