Have you ever tried meditating but found it difficult to focus on letting your mind go blank? Then this session is for you! Learn how to de-stress and calm the senses with the soothing sounds of nature…all you need is a yoga mat or towel.
This event is held in the Community Room at the museum. A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from singing bowls.
Program is led by Sara Schwartz, LSW, Founder and Sound Healing Practitioner, Undercurrent Sound Healing. Pre-registration required; space is limited. 12+ only.
