Attention teens of Wilmington and surrounding areas! You’re invited to the P.O.W.E.R. Stories of Success event where people of Wilmington exchange real stories of success!
A panel of speakers will share their stories of success:
- Rob Nelson- Federal Law Enforcement Office at DOJ
- Dr. Danya Woods- Assistant Principal at Richardson Park Elementary
- Alex Skinner- Area Manager at AverHeatlh
- Kaira Brickhouse- Senior Research Coordinator at CHOP
- Michael Higgin- Director at Vitality Alzheimers and Dementia Center
- Nadisha Downs- Professor at UD
It’s never too soon to start thinking about your future. Join for an inspiring discussion on overcoming adversity and gaining success. Free to the public and free lunch will be provided.
Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend this event with their teen(s). Teens located outside of Wilmington are welcome to join the event.
