Summer in the Parks returns with FREE evening entertainment in the city’s neighborhood parks. The 55-piece First State Symphonic Band will play a program of several well-known marches, light classical offerings, selections from films, a showcase of Slavonic dances; and a selection of patriotic favorites, while Opera Delaware will perform a set of opera highlights.
