Bellefonte Arts is pleased to present a new collection “Ocean and Beyond” by local artist Svetlana Smorodinova of Fuzzy Art & Co. This work is inspired by her summer vacations abroad and visits to local beaches in Delaware and New Jersey.
Opening reception is on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 5-8pm. Her new work can be viewed all month in our shop during open hours. Show is on display from July 10-29, 2025.
Svetlana’s work invites the viewer to come over and take a closer look, listen to the sound of waves crashing onto the beach, feel the gentle breeze, hear the seagulls calling, watch the little pipers running through the shallow water, and feel the joy and freedom of the ocean and beyond.
About the artist: Svetlana Smorodinova is a local part-time artist and is a member of Bellefonte Arts through her business: Fuzzy Art & Co. She draws her inspiration from nature and enjoys experimenting with various subjects: gardening and landscapes, flowers and still life, animals and birds, and marine and beach scenes. She keeps a vast selection of her work available to purchase all year in her designated artist space in the Bellefonte Arts Shop.
