The North Market (NoMa) Library Hub is Wilmington’s newest, state-of-the-art, community-centered space. Designed with and for the community, NoMa is part library, part incubator, and part gathering place – bringing together learning, creativity, entrepreneurship, and civic engagement under one roof.
