Beginner Needle Felting Class: Owl Ornaments. Taught by Marsha Neal Studio at Bellefonte Arts.
Come and learn how to needle felt these cute little Owl ornaments with Marsha of Marsha Neal Studio (Certified Sarafina Fiber Art Instructor). Students should complete 1 ornament in class and will have enough materials and tools to make 1 more on their own.
This class is limited to 8 students, ages 13+, as we will be using sharp needle felting needles.
Deadline to sign up is Sept 25 or when class is sold out.
