Beer. Movies. Community. That’s what Movies on Tap is all about. Out & About Magazine and KENNEDY invite you to Penn Cinema Riverfront each month to enjoy beer from a craft brewery and a fan favorite movie while raising money for a great cause. All proceeds from Movies on Tap ticket sales support a local non-profit.
Join us Friday, March 28 for the childhood classic The Goonies (1985). All proceeds support Kalmar Nyckel. Brews provided by Tired Hands Brewing Company. Doors open and pouring beings at 6:30pm. Movie starts at 7:00pm.
Admission includes popcorn, two drinks (21 + over) & movie ticket. 100% of ticket proceeds to benefit Delaware Hospice. Celebrating great local beer and movies while proudly supporting our community. Movies on Tap has raised over $257,000 and proudly hosted over 11,831 guests since 2016!
About the Non-Profit:
The Kalmar Nyckel Foundation (KNF) is a non-profit educational organization that invites students and visitors to explore the cultural and maritime heritage of Delaware and its enduring ties to Sweden and Finland. KNF is a volunteer-based organization that built, owns, and operates Kalmar Nyckel from our homeport of Wilmington, Delaware. The ship serves as a floating classroom and an inspirational platform for educational programs that reach more than 30,000 people each year.
As a non-profit educational organization, KNF offers people of all ages and backgrounds a variety of sea- and land-based recreational and educational experiences.
