From quartets to duo to solo performances, Thursday Noontime Concerts this month have something for everyone!
As of 3/22/22, Market Street Music will no longer require proof of vaccination to attend our concerts. In addition, mask-wearing is now optional and all seating is open.
PHILADELPHIA VIOLA QUARTET – April 7
The Philadelphia Viola Quartet plays effervescent classical and popular repertoire for four violas — music written or inspired by Mozart, the Beatles, Beethoven, Piazzolla and more!
KARLSRUHE CONCERT DUO – April 21
Since 1999, cellist Reinhard Armleder and pianist Dagmar Hartmann have established their sought-after duo winning several international competitions. They will perform music of Beethoven, Schumann, Strauss, and Gershwin.
KEVIN COPE, GUITAR – April 28
This award-winning composer will perform his own compositions spanning the breadth of possibilities of the classical guitar, from lush and beautiful, dark and serious, to light and airy.
