Le Cavalier’s four-course, prix-fixe menu features the best of the season — start with a basket of brunch pastries and breads. Move on to dishes such as smoked salmon with chive crème fraiche; brioche French toast, cinnamon whipped cream and warm maple syrup; Skate wing amandine with brown butter and sauteed greens and a selection of Provencal-style omelets. Finish with selections of warm madeleines, chocolate tarts and house made sorbet.
The price is $75 per adult; $25 for children under 10.
