The Art O Mat is excited to host KYMA, Mantra Music Artist, Sound Healer, and Mindfulness & Meditation instructor. KYMA will be offering Community Sound Healing and Meditation sessions monthly at the Art O Mat beginning Wednesday, February 21st.
The monthly sessions will take place every third Wednesday through July 2024! Providing a safe space for community care and healing, KYMA uses guided meditation and breath work through live instrumentation and voice to guide participants through this calming experience.
All classes will begin promptly at 6PM and end by 7:30PM.
