Description
Rockwood Park & Museum is hosting yoga sessions for children and families. These monthly themed, and super-fun yoga practices will encourage kids to be more present, centered and active. Kids can practice solo or the entire family can practice together, indoor or outdoor based on weather. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. All ages, children must be accompanied by an adult.
