Description
Jordan Dodson is lauded by Performance Today as โone of the top young guitarists of his generation.โ He is active in commissioning and premiering new works, and often crosses boundaries between solo, chamber, and experimental idioms. GRAMMY-Nominated classical and electric guitarist Dr. Tom Clippinger, described as โone of the finest young players Iโve heardโ by Oren Fader is equally adventurous, blending classical technique with electronics, extended techniques, and improvisational impulses. Together, they promise a dynamic and unpredictable musical journey โ challenging, rewarding, and thoroughly alive.
Works to be performed by Debussy, Reich, Mehldau, Sakamoto, Sรกnchez-Verdรบ, Smith, and Sor.
