Pack your picnic basket, bring a lawn chair or blanket, and invite a friend to join you for our pop-up Summer Jazz Concert on Westminster’s front lawn! We are delighted to present the Michael Hunter Jazz Trio (Michael Hunter, piano; Anthony Smith, bass; John Troy, drums) with guest vocalist Ashley Sweetman in a program that will stir your soul and get your feet tapping.
This concert is FREE and open to the public. A contribution to Westminster’s Music Fund is requested. We look forward to seeing you “on the sunny side of the street!” Rain date: Friday, August 14.
If you live nearby (we’re looking at you Trolley Square), just walk on over! If you’re driving, our parking lot is located at the corner of W. 13th Street and N. Rodney Street. To get to the front lawn, you may go through the inside of the church from the 1502 W. 13th Street entrance across from the parking lot (look for the blue awning marked “1502”) or walk around the church on the sidewalk.
