Intermediate Class. You must have completed 4 splint baskets to attend this class. Learn traditional weaving techniques with master basket weaver Joan Betzold. She saw this Illusion basket at the Pleasant Hills Shaker Village in Kentucky. Students will learn to weave 2 spokes at a time and a new way to do the Celtic knot. It is a spectacular basket with the colors and the weave; the oak handle sets it all off. The base is 14 inches by 7 inches. No refunds will be issued for registration cancellations made less than 48 hours before class time.
