Join Ramsey’s Farm for a whole lotta relaxation and fun with their herd of mini goats (and one not-so-mini-Alpine goat, Reba)!
Pre-registration is required.
This experience is geared toward young adults and adults. It is asked that participants be 10 years or older and that they are able to follow along with the class.
The goat yoga classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Classes are held in a flat, grassy area, away from animal pastures. However, since you are on a farm, you may want to bring bug spray and wear clothing you’d feel comfortable getting dirty.
Mats and hand sanitizer will be provided!
The goats are friendly; however, farm animals can be unpredictable. Just saying … goats go to the bathroom wherever and whenever. Consider wearing socks if you are not comfortable moving in these conditions.
Yoga is 60 minutes, and 15 minutes after class is reserved to pet the goats, feed them treats, and take photos.
