Inspired by the Japanese art of forest bathing (shinrin-yoku), forest therapy helps us understand how mindful time in nature can increase a sense of calm, clarity, and connection to our true selves and to nature. This guided garden walk is for guests 15 and older who are comfortable experiencing nature through the senses. Registration required. $27; $15 for Members.
