Description
Are you curious about the edible plants in your backyard? Join us for a lecture with Ira Josephs, a lifetime forager who leads foraging walks for Transition Town in Media, PA.
He’ll discuss local spots near Wilmington to forage, what to look for and harvest, dos and don’ts of foraging, as well as how to best preserve our natural resources by using sustainable foraging practices. We will also have samples of foraged food on hand!
