This time-honored feast originated in Southern Italy, known as La Viglia or “The Eve,” and is celebrated on Christmas Eve as families gather and await Midnight Mass. The Quoin couldn’t imagine a better way to celebrate the holidays than by presenting their own feast presented by Chef Joe Delago and his culinary team. Enjoy three family-style courses celebrating seven different seafood preparations followed by decadent dessert.
