Description
Are you curious about the process of Metal Embossing? Students will learn how to use a stylus and thin metal to create textures in an art form.
Students should bring about 3 drawings or photos of textural things, animals (monkeys, lions), fish, birds, turtles, etc. I’ll help you decide which picture would work the best then it will be drawn on a 5 x 7 piece of paper that I will supply.
You will trace your drawing onto the metal, and then ink will be applied. Please make sure to wear clothing that you might get ink on.
The deadline to register for this class is 4 days prior to class or when seats sell out.
The teacher requires a minimum of 6 students to run this class. Limited to 8 total seats. Ages 14+. $50 per person.
