The region’s premier food and wine event attracts visitors from New York to Washington D.C. and beyond. It was born of the vision and daring of noted businessman and philanthropist Ajit Mathew George, Founder and Executive Director. The event has grown with the support of scores of partners, sponsors, friends, committees, restaurateurs, chefs, vendors, the Wine Guild Wine Society, and Wine Club, international winemakers and visiting chefs, and wine and beer experts.
