Description
Stop and smell the roses and stay for a one hour all levels yoga session. Take time out of your busy day to unwind.
This yoga class is geared for all levels and will focus on the connection between mind, body, and breathing. There are no prerequisites to attend. Feel free to stay after to relax in the beautiful garden.
Please register in advance. Please bring a mat and come have fun!
