Embark on a captivating journey with Dr. Melissa Benbow Flowers as she leads us through Old New Castle, unveiling the fascinating history of Black families and neighbors from the 19th to early 20th centuries.
From the post-Revolutionary period through World War II, generations of Black families worked and lived in Old New Castle. Join us for an immersive learning experience as we discuss this rich history and walk through Old New Castle’s historic Black neighborhoods.
