Tea time with Tay, your license therapist and author of your next self care journal, will be hosting her very first self care and network event in collaboration with Make & Mellow Candle Company, Spanish Flavor Moraccon Tea and Internation Cuisine. Self care reduces symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress. Many women forget to prioritize self care. Self care is a necessity, not a luxury. You are guaranteed to leave with more than you came with. Your heart with be filled with sisterhood, self love, a candle, and of course the tea!
