Summer in the Parks returns with FREE evening entertainment in the city’s neighborhood parks. The Q Factor is a contemporary American jazz fusion/funk ensemble with shades of Middle Eastern rhythm and melody. The music is uplifting, engaging, introspective and entertaining.
