Description
This year the Hotel du Pont celebrates spooky season by serving a trio of Halloween-inspired craft cocktails infused with seasonal flavors and locally sourced ingredients. To put the treat in trick-or-treat, they’re dressing up some of their deadly desserts from the hotel bake shop, Spark’d Creative Pastry, for a frighteningly fantastic tasting experience. Wednesdays in October at 5:00PM in the Green Room Bar.
- Spiced carrot sour (Warm spice carrot shrub, medium dry sherry, lemon juice, brown sugar) paired with with floating cream cheese ghosts.
- Peat mushroom monster (walnut mushroom orgeat, peat monster scotch, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, angostura bitters) paired with caramel pumpkin graveyard dirt.
- Tarragon fizz (pear eau-du-vie, tarragon syrup, crème de peche, lime juice) paired with almond marshmallow witch fingers.
