Description
Rockwood is proud to start offering a weekend yoga practice! This Vinyasa Flow will challenge you to advance your practice through skill-building tailored to your body’s needs and abilities. Please bring a mat, towel, water & blocks if you use them. Difficulty level: 2-3 of 4. Ages 14-Adults.
Sessions will be held outdoors, weather permitting
1-hour practice, 9-10am
$10, $6 NCC residents, $2 Art-Reach members.
