Celebrate the signs and sounds of holidays past with these event features:
• View operating model train layouts, including the museum’s 1930s Lionel Standard Gauge display, Nordel Model Railroad Club’s HO layout, an O-Gauge holiday display and more
• Take a ride aboard the Auburn Valley Railroad to enjoy holiday decorations around the majestic Victorian estate
• Capture family memories at a free photo op with Santa in an antique auto from the museum’s collection
• Festive fare including hot cocoa, local food truck as well as wine and beer from Dew Point Brewing
• Enjoy caroling by University of Delaware’s renowned “Vocal Point” a cappella group
General admission: $20 age 13 & up; $15 age 12 & under, infants free and members receive 20% discount
Mansion tour add-on: Tour the first floor of the 1897 Marshall family home adorned for the holidays. $6 age 13 & up and $3 age 12 & under
