Join Ramsey’s Farm for a whole lotta relaxation & fun with their herd of mini goats! (and one not-so-mini Nubian goat, Reba)
Pre-registration is required.
This experience is geared toward young adults and adults. It is asked that participants be ten years or older and are able to follow along with the class.
These goat yoga classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience and is led by Dina from Lotus Yoga by Dina.
Classes will be held in a flat, grassy area, away from animal pastures. However, since you will be on a farm, you may want to bring bug spray and wear clothing you’d feel comfortable getting dirty.
Mats and hand sanitizer will be provided!
These goats are friendly; however, farm animals can be unpredictable. Just saying … goats go to the bathroom wherever and whenever. Consider wearing socks if you are not comfortable moving in these conditions.
Yoga will be for 1 hour, and they have reserved 15 minutes after class to pet the goats, feed them treats, and take photos.
