The Manhattans had an amazing 45 hits on Billboard’s R&B charts, including 12 top 10 smashes.
Opening the show are The Intruders. Working with legendary producers Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff, the Intruders were pioneers in creating “The Sound of Philadelphia.” “Cowboys to Girls,” their signature hit, was #1 R&B and #6 pop. Other hits include “(Love is Lake a) Baseball Game,” “I’ll Always Love my Mamma” and “Together.”
