The IN Crowd Spotlight – Richard Raw: Musician & Community Activist

DSC4394-1

Richard Raw is a member of our local music scene whose presence will surely be felt for years to come. Aside from the above-mentioned titles, he’s an MC, poet, producer, author and teacher – you know, to name a few. When he’s not acting as co-Executive Director of The Culture Restoration Project, Inc. bringing awareness of African culture and history to Wilmington, leading the Beyond Those Bars program (a supplemental program for students ages 12-14), or hosting The Black Perspective which airs on Channel 28 every Tuesday at 4:30, you can find him endlessly working on his musical craft or out and about enjoying his favorite people, places and things #inWilm:
